Sterling Silver and amethyst Art Deco V pendant

This pendant is a handmade sterling silver pendant with a prong set round faceted amethyst center stone and 13 beadset 3mm round faceted amethysts This is an original piece fabricated using the technique of repousse in which the metal is sunken into the surface of a cast iron bowl filled with pine pitch and laboriously shaped with tiny punch like tools and a small hammer. This piece took about 2 days to make.
